Service Options

There are many home and community based services options to choose from including but not limited to:

  • Homemaker Services
  • Chore Services
  • Adult Day Care
  • Respite Care
  • Legal Assistance
  • Skilled Nursing
  • Home and Vehicle Modification
  • Transportation
  • Nutrition

Home and community based service recipients may qualify for reduced fee service based on eligibility requirements.
